To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song.
Psa 67:1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause His face to shine upon us; Selah.
Psa 67:2 That Thy way may be known upon earth, Thy saving health among all nations.
Psa 67:3 Let the people praise Thee, O God; let all the people praise Thee.
Psa 67:4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for Thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
Psa 67:5 Let the people praise Thee, O God; let all the people praise Thee.
Psa 67:6 Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
Psa 67:7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.
A Prayer for America:
America needs a re-connect to the God of their Forefathers. Study the Monument to the Forefathers if you don't understand our motivation for this post.Dear God,
We need Your mercy and blessing.
When Your face shines upon us we will be a joyful nation that is truly pleasing to You.
You truly want Your way to be made known in all the earth.
Saving health is needed in all nations of the World, and it can come only from You and Your blessing.
The peoples of a nation cannot be happy until they are praising the God of Creation in their own tongue.
This can happen only when You are judging the peoples thereof with Your righteousness.
This is the only true government that works in a nation.
When this happens, then – and only then – can the people praise You.
And praise You, they will!
Then will the lands and the earth yield their increase.
God will be Our God, All the Earth shall see that blessing on us and all nations will fear our God.
We know this is Your purpose for all the Earth,
and we thank You for making the United States of America
what it is now doing to accomplish that purpose.
But we also now see how much our spiritual evil seeks to prevent that from happening.
So we will make this prayer ours.
--For the Glory of the Son of God, Our Redeemer and our Savior.
Amen.
