Introduction 1 "Talking With God"

What is Prayer?
Prayer is just "talking with God."
This presupposes that you know God, whom you wish to talk with.
Few people are not willing to acknowledge God, that He is out there. But we all hear often in a hororific scene of people crying out to Him "Oh God!" or anything similar. Crying out to Him is an instinct we've been born with, and maybe that's what the Bible means when it says, Ge 1:27 "...in the image of God created he him(1)"

So when we cry out to God, let us realize that He's listening. He does listen if He created me and He is willing to hear me. When we realize He is willing to do this, we are then willing to consider some of the things He would have us understand about Him, about us, and about the kind of relationship we can have with Him.
1. Ge 1:27
So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God
created he him
;
male and female created he them.
So take heart, today, and start "talking" -- He's listening!

Introduction

Welcome to "My Prayer Notebook Guide"

I'd like to use this blog to explain better how to use a very useful tool for the life of anyone wishing to get to know the God of Creation(1) as revealed through the Bible and then how to communicate with Him.

He loves the world(2) and want everyone to know Him(3) and do His will(4). This tool should help greatly.

It is "A Prayer Notebook" to be used as a personally written journal for daily, and if not that, a regular and methodical(5) and purposeful way to communicate with the only true God(6), and as result of that, to worship Him "in spirit and in truth.(7)"

If you can accept the Bible as truth and the true revealer of God, you can have a personal and intimate relationship with Him. I will be using a version which I consider trustworthy for understanding, and I hope you can join me in this journey.

If you read the above scriptures as complete verses all the way through once, and then re-read the Green boldface only, you will begin to understand how God can speak to us through His word when the Bible's principles are emphasized. This is my attempt to "rightly divide the Word of Truth" (2 Tim 2:15)
